Benefits

A select team of experienced recruiters will work on your position. For the agreed upon time frame we are totally committed to filling only your position.

This concentrated effort get results fast. Within thirty days we will provide 3-5 qualified professionals for interviews. We request a thirty day time frame in order to provide you with our best service, however our goal is to fill your position as quickly as possible. Recently for example, it took just three days to find the candidate that was ultimately hired.

Information Gathering

All necessary information regarding the position will be defined by your company. This information will include: specific responsibilities of the position, type of background, education, company culture, and personality traits of the targeted individual.

We will work together with all appropriate members of your management team to define the position, its duties, responsibilities, reporting lines, compensation, and career-path.

Recruitment Approach/Methodology

We will put together a target list of “source” companies. Companies, markets, and industries will be researched and identified as well as companies or individuals that are strictly considered “hands-off”.

Our database will be searched for candidates that match your needs. The short and long term benefits of your position will be presented to the best available candidates.

The name of your company will not be revealed at this point. Candidates will be assessed on their background, accomplishments, and commitment to making a change.

Interviewing

All candidates will be interviewed by Abrusia & Associates before being submitted to your company. Candidates will be evaluated on established criteria as well as their professionalism and level of interest in the position. We eliminate “shoppers” and candidates just looking for a “raise”. Personal meetings will be arranged whenever possible.

Appropriate candidates will be presented to your management team followed by updated resumes. If agreed upon, a time and place for an interview will be established and arranged by Abrusia & Associates.

Follow-up

Candidates you are interested in will be post-interviewed by us to determine their level of commitment to your position. The objective is to weed out candidates that will waste our time. If you prefer, we will conduct reference checks and degree verification.

Any offer will be reviewed by Abrusia & Associates to insure prompt acceptance by the candidate and/or to uncover any potential issues (e.g. counter offers, relocation problems or competing offers). These issues need to be addressed before an offer is made. Our goal is to have all offers accepted immediately. The offer can be extended by your company or by our managing partner.

Term and Conditions

Our fee is 25% of the first year compensation plus expenses which include telephone, office correspondence, time, travel and entertainment. All expenses will first be approved by your company. Our fee will be due upon the start date of the employee. In the event of an internal hire, previous referral or postponement of hire, your company can terminate this agreement.
